Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with SOSPosting. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a token purchase within 14 days, provided the purchased tokens have not yet been used. To exercise this right, email hello@sosposting.com from the address associated with your account. Once tokens have been spent on actions, the corresponding portion is no longer refundable as the digital service has been delivered.

2. Service-issue refunds

We automatically refund the tokens for any action that fails on our side (for example, a delivery that cannot be completed). Outages caused by third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WordPress, Shopify, Google Ads) are not eligible for additional refunds beyond the automatic token return.

3. Unused tokens

Unused tokens do not expire. If you wish to be refunded for a large unused balance, contact us and we will review the request at our discretion.

4. How to request

Email hello@sosposting.com with your account email and a short description. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
