These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SOSPosting service (the "Service") provided by MB VARIANTAI, company code 306133252, VAT code LT100016340412, registered in the Republic of Lithuania ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
SOSPosting is a cross-posting tool that publishes content you provide to third-party platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WordPress and Shopify) on your behalf, using credentials and API access you authorise.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
3. Tokens & billing
- The Service is pay-as-you-go. You purchase tokens in one-time packs and spend them on actions (publishing posts, AI copy generation, ads optimization). Prices include Lithuanian VAT (21%) where applicable.
- Token packs are one-time purchases — there is no recurring subscription or auto-renewal.
- Purchased tokens do not expire. New accounts receive a one-time allocation of free tokens.
4. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on third-party APIs. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy enforcement by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WordPress, Shopify or any other connected platform. You agree to comply with each platform's terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive or spam content, or to circumvent platform rate limits or moderation. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause.
6. Content & licence
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process and transmit it solely to deliver the Service.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by ceasing to use the Service and closing your account.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Vilnius.
