The short answer
Link your Telegram chat to your account once. After that, send the bot a photo or a video with a short description, confirm what it shows you, and it is published to your connected networks with a caption written for each.
Link the chat (once)
- Open the SOSPosting dashboard and go to Settings.
- In the Telegram bot section, tap Generate link code.
- Open the bot in Telegram and send
/linkfollowed by the code.
The code is single-use and expires, and it ties that chat to one business. Nothing can be posted from a chat that has not been linked.
Post from the chat
- Send the bot a photo or a video with a line or two about it as the caption.
- The bot uploads it and replies with what it is about to publish, where, and what it will cost.
- Confirm, and it goes out.
A photo can reach up to seven networks: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, LinkedIn and Bluesky. A video can reach up to five: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Threads. It publishes to the ones you have connected.
Why this is useful
It suits the moments when the content exists on your phone and the laptop does not: a delivery arriving, a finished job, something happening in the shop. It also suits handing the job to someone else, since a colleague can send posts through a chat without learning a dashboard.
What it does not do
- Products and blog articles are created in the web dashboard. The bot handles photo and video posts.
- Scheduling a post for later is done in the dashboard.
- Each network still has to be connected first, in the dashboard, before the bot can publish to it.

Can you post to Instagram from Telegram?
Yes. Once your Telegram chat is linked to your SOSPosting account, a photo or video you send to the bot is published to Instagram and the other networks you have connected.
How do I link Telegram to my account?
Open Settings in the SOSPosting dashboard, find the Telegram bot section and generate a link code. Then send that code to the bot as /link followed by the code.
Does posting from Telegram cost more?
No. A post sent through the bot costs the same tokens as one made in the dashboard, and the bot shows the cost before you confirm.
