The short answer
You link your Telegram chat to your account once. After that, anything you send the bot with a caption is prepared as a post. The bot replies with where it will go and what it will cost, and nothing is published until you confirm.
What the film shows
- Link the chat once. In the dashboard, open Settings, find the Telegram bot section and generate a link code. Send it to the bot as /link followed by the code. The code is single-use and ties that chat to one business.
- Send a photo or a video. Add a line or two about it as the caption. In the film that is a restaurant announcing its autumn menu.
- See the cost, then confirm. The bot replies with the networks it will publish to and the token cost. The example is a video to five networks with AI captions: 5 × 5 + 7 = 32 tokens.
- It goes out. Once confirmed, the post is queued for each network with a caption written for that network.
What it costs
The same as a post made in the dashboard: 3 tokens per network for a photo, 5 for a video, and 7 once for AI captions.
What it does not do
- Store products and blog articles are created in the web dashboard. The bot handles photo and video posts.
- Scheduling a post for later is done in the dashboard.
- Each network still has to be connected in the dashboard first.

Frequently asked questions
Can anyone post through my bot chat?
No. Nothing can be posted from a chat that has not been linked with a code generated in your own dashboard, and each linked chat belongs to one business.
Does the bot post without asking?
No. It shows what it is about to publish, where, and the cost, and waits for you to confirm.
The rest of the series
- How it works: The whole product in one short film, with a page for each part of it.
- Cross-posting: One video becomes five posts, one photo up to seven. What goes where, and what each network receives.
- Posting API: One POST to publish, one GET for a status per network, and the three app reviews you skip.
- AI captions: A few words from you become a caption written for each network. What it writes, and the one charge for it.
- AI inbox: Comments in one inbox, buyers flagged, a reply drafted in the commenter's language for you to send.
- Blog autopilot: Topics in, a pace chosen, articles published to your own WordPress site. And why one a day is the right number.
- Google Ads audit: A nightly review, specific proposals with before and after values, your guardrails re-checked, and your approval.
- Analytics: Thirty days of reach and top posts in one place, and Shopify revenue tied to the posts behind it.
- Token pricing: Three numbers, four packs and a worked example: what a post costs when there is no monthly plan.
