How the Google Ads audit works: you approve

Published

Small ad accounts do not fail dramatically. They leak. The audit does the reading nobody has time for, and hands you a short list of changes with the numbers behind them.

12 seconds, with music. The content on screen is an example; everything it shows is described below.

The short answer

Each night the account is read through the official Google Ads API, audited by AI, and turned into a list of specific proposed changes. Every proposal is checked against limits you set, and by default nothing is applied until you approve it.

What the film shows

  1. Snapshot the account. Campaigns, ad groups, keywords and ads, with their performance over the last 30 days.
  2. AI audits where the money goes. What converts, which keywords take budget and return nothing, which ads trail the rest of their ad group.
  3. Concrete proposals. Not a report. A list of changes, each with its before and after values and the reason. The film shows one: a daily budget from €12.00 to €9.60. It is an illustration of the format.
  4. Re-checked against your guardrails. Each proposal is validated on the server against your caps, such as a maximum daily budget and how far a budget may move in one run. One that breaks a cap is shown as rejected.
  5. You approve. In the dashboard or with approve and reject buttons in Telegram. Everything applied lands in the audit log.

What it costs

30 tokens per run. No subscription, no per-seat fee and no percentage of your ad spend.

What it does not do

  • Nightly runs are opt-in per business, because each run spends tokens.
  • Auto-apply is off until you turn it on, and a manual run only ever proposes.
  • Pausing a campaign is blocked by default until you allow it.
  • It does not replace a media buyer on strategy, and does not claim to.

Frequently asked questions

Can the AI change my ads without asking?

Not by default. Every proposal waits for your approval. Auto-apply is a setting you have to switch on, and even then only changes inside your guardrails are applied.

What does a run cost?

30 tokens per run, whether it is a nightly run or one you start yourself.

The rest of the series

  • How it works: The whole product in one short film, with a page for each part of it.
  • Cross-posting: One video becomes five posts, one photo up to seven. What goes where, and what each network receives.
  • Telegram bot: Send the bot a photo or video, see the cost, confirm. The whole exchange in 11 seconds.
  • Posting API: One POST to publish, one GET for a status per network, and the three app reviews you skip.
  • AI captions: A few words from you become a caption written for each network. What it writes, and the one charge for it.
  • AI inbox: Comments in one inbox, buyers flagged, a reply drafted in the commenter's language for you to send.
  • Blog autopilot: Topics in, a pace chosen, articles published to your own WordPress site. And why one a day is the right number.
  • Analytics: Thirty days of reach and top posts in one place, and Shopify revenue tied to the posts behind it.
  • Token pricing: Three numbers, four packs and a worked example: what a post costs when there is no monthly plan.
